1．石灰、粉煤灰穩(wěn)定砂礫底基層施工方法 1.1 材料準(zhǔn)備 1.1.1 石灰 ①石灰要符合技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求。按 JTJ057-94 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法試驗(yàn)時(shí)，生石灰的 Cao+Mgo 含 量對(duì)鈣質(zhì)生石灰不小于 70%（按干重計(jì)），對(duì)鎂質(zhì)生石灰應(yīng)不小于 65%，對(duì)熟石灰應(yīng)不小于 55%。生石灰中 5mm 顆粒的最大篩余量應(yīng)不大于干重的 17%和 20%。 ②石灰在用于工程之前 7~10 天，充分消解成能通過(guò) 10mm 篩孔的粉狀，并盡快使用。 ③石灰應(yīng)設(shè)棚存放，并能防風(fēng)避雨，在用于工程之前按 JTJ057-94 進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，不符合上 述要求時(shí)，不得用于施工。 1.1.2 粉煤灰 ①粉煤灰不能含有團(tuán)塊，腐植質(zhì)或其他雜質(zhì)，其中 SiO 2+AL 2O3的含量不小于 70%，燒 失量不得大于 10%。 ②粉煤灰敞開(kāi)堆存時(shí)， 必須含有足夠的水分， 以防起塵。 在運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)保持潮濕并要加蓋 布蓬，以防止粉末飛揚(yáng)，引起污
