目的:經(jīng)過臨床應(yīng)用手動(dòng)Protaper銼和手動(dòng)不銹鋼K型銼預(yù)備的根管進(jìn)行療效的統(tǒng)計(jì),比較兩種器械根管預(yù)備選擇應(yīng)用。方法:將132顆牙隨機(jī)分成兩組,每組66顆牙、84和72個(gè)根管,A組用手動(dòng)Protaper銼冠向深入法預(yù)備根管。B組用手動(dòng)不銹鋼K銼逐步后退法預(yù)備根管,兩組根管預(yù)備一周后進(jìn)行根管充填。根管治療后記錄每組操作時(shí)間、術(shù)后疼痛情況和臨床療效。結(jié)果:A組根管治療后療效明顯優(yōu)于B組,其差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用手動(dòng)protaper銼的臨床療效優(yōu)于手動(dòng)不銹鈉K銼,具有臨床應(yīng)用及推廣價(jià)值。
