城關區(qū)小學數(shù)學學科骨干教師提升研修總結(jié) 耿家莊小學：柴成玉 2016 年的 11 月 7 日至 11 月 20 日，帶著幾分激動，帶著幾絲 憧憬， 我參加了由城關區(qū)教育局組織四川師范大學承擔的教育部 “城 關區(qū)數(shù)學骨干教師培訓班 ”。在學習過程中，我嚴格服從教學安排，整 個培訓過程保持全勤，不遲到早退、做好聽課筆記、積極參與討論， 經(jīng)過緊湊而充實的十天學習，在教育教學理念上完成了一次洗禮，教 學知識上得到一次強勁的 “充電”，此次學習川師大教授的博學多才使我 領略到知識的力量、成都市一線教師理論聯(lián)系實際的一些改變課堂模 式的做法，更讓我的眼睛為之一亮。這次培訓內(nèi)容豐富，形式多樣， 有講座，又有深入一線課堂的校本研修，還有學員間的互動交流。在 十天的集中培訓里我們分別聆聽了王學平教授《如何寫論文》、李松 林教授題為《學科課堂改進的三個著力點》、羅世敏教授題為《小學 數(shù)學教師本體性知識補缺》、
