導熱油爐安裝程序 一、施工技術措施 ㈠、安裝前的準備工作 鍋爐安裝工作是鍋爐設備制造的延續(xù)， 工作量大，線長，因此安裝前應根據工程的特性和施工現場 的具體條件做好準備工作。 開工前質保工程師應組織各專業(yè)技術人員進行施工技術交底， 熟悉和了解圖紙及其有關技術資料和 有關驗收規(guī)范。 各專業(yè)人員必須到現場了解施工現場的實際情況， 當現場具備開工條件時， 應提出安裝申請， 填寫 安裝告知書，報當地質監(jiān)部門告知后 ,一切按照有機熱載體鍋爐安裝的程序進行安裝。 1、圖紙資料審查 鍋爐出廠時，必須附有與安全有關的技術資料，其內容包括： （1）鍋爐圖樣（總圖、安裝圖和主要受壓部件圖）； （2）受壓元件強度及安全閥排放量計算書； （3）鍋爐質量證明書； （4）鍋爐安裝說明書和使用說明書； 2、鍋爐設備及隨機配套設備檢查驗收。 對照鍋爐圖紙和供貨清單，檢查鍋爐配套部件的數量和質量。 3、鍋爐本體基礎和配套輔機
